Towers Sand & Gravel, LLC is among Utah’s most recognized producers of construction aggregates, including: crushed stone, sand and gravel and landscape rock. These materials are produced from natural deposits of various materials.

Our attention to quality and detail starts at the source. For over 40 years, we’ve carefully selected and groomed many active soil stripping parcels, gravel pits, and quarries in some of the best locations within Utah. With Towers S&G current variety of rocks, landscape rocks, landscape boulders, gravel mulch, soils, ballast, crushed stone, bedding sand, cobble, and fill dirt; we are sure to meet the requirements of your project.

Here at Towers Sand & Gravel we don’t start the quarrying process by drilling and blasting rock into smaller pieces, we actual use heavy equipment to preserve the integrity of all preliminary aggregate (boulders). Once appropriately sized pieces are obtained, they are sent through various stages of crushing and screening to produce materials to the sizes and specifications desired by our customers.

The geographic diversity of our pits allows us to produce and process a wide variety of different materials – giving you the exact rock you need for your job. Every product we deliver is of the absolute highest quality. Laboratory testing is a mandatory and beneficial part of the process for both our company, and our customers. We perform both Proctor Compaction Tests and Sieve Analysis Tests which are all available upon request. Take a moment to view our products and you’ll soon find, we have the materials you need for your next project.

  • Proctor Compaction Test:  Is the determination of the optimal moisture content of the material (most dense).
  • Sieve Analysis Test:  Sieve analysis (or gradation test) is to assess the particle size and distribution of granular material. Often times referred to as, “Screening of material”.
